Book_Multimodal Composition_2021

This volume brings together a range of chapters that highlight how both institutional faculty development programs and individual faculty efforts contribute to expanding multimodal curricula and pedagogies across programs, disciplines, and global educational contexts. By offering detailed accounts of successful faculty development initiatives alongside innovative practices led by individual instructors, the collection demonstrates how multimodal courses, programs, and pedagogical approaches can be developed and scaled across institutions. In doing so, it advances ongoing conversations about the design and implementation of multimodal curricula and pedagogy.

Organizing Team

Eventure is curated by a small team of designers, researchers, and ecologists who believe that technology must serve the planet — not the other way around. Working between Milan, Nairobi, and São Paulo, the team brings together local knowledge and global collaboration to shape a gathering rooted in care, creativity, and systems thinking.
We don’t just program talks — we curate experiences, relationships, and ideas that grow long after the event ends.
